Terms and Conditions

  1. We are an 01 FFL, however, we are not gunsmiths and do not check for serviceability items, as such all surplus items are sold as collectors items. Buyer assumes all liability and must make all determinations of serviceability before purchasing. In addition to assuming all liability, by bidding buyers assert they are able to own the item in their state.
  2. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase order or item will be relisted and future purchases will be blocked/denied.
  3. Payment is by USPS MO, certified check, or Credit Card (+4% fee) only. If payment by check, item will not ship until check clears. NO 3rd party payment, period.
  4. Antiques can be shipped with a valid state ID, all other items must go to a FFL. C&R/03 will be accepted on qualifying items. Verify what FFL is needed for an item before bidding.
  5. Items shipped in NC or picked up locally will be charged the appropriate state sales tax. Local pickups will be assessed a 20.00 fee.
  6. It is your responsibility to have your FFL contact us to move a transaction along. Failure to do so will slow down your processing time.
  7. 1/1/2019: We will begin shipping all guns in hard cases. Buyer will be responsible for costs. If a buyer does not wish to have a hard case, we will accept NO LIABILITY for ANY DAMAGE FOR ANY REASON. 
  8.  Refunds-  All items sold are as is. No warranty or returns provided unless stated as such. If an item is allowed to be returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee in addition to any listing or sales fees. 
  9.  Lay-Away Program-  Items under 1,000.00 in total price require 250.00 down, and the remainder within 30 days. Items over 1,000.00 require 250.00 down and the remainder within 45 days.  High value items and multiple item purchases can be discussed individually by contacting the page. Each item placed on lay-away will be assessed a 25.00 fee.
